Wellness Therapies
In person therapies are available from my cosy home salon in New Longton, Preston.
Each treatment is tailored specifically to meet your individual needs and circumstances at that particular time. How you are feeling is constantly changing and evolving and so it is important to me that this is factored into each session to ensure that you get the most out of it and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on life’s challenges.
It is important to remember that the following are all complementary therapies and not to replace medical treatment but to work alongside it to support your overall wellbeing.
The times indicated below are the length of time treatment will take. For mobile treatments based at your home, please allow an additional 15 minutes for setting up, discussion and packing away at the end of the session.
Crystal Therapy
45 minutes, £35
Crystals are placed either on or around the physical body. They may also be placed in geometric patterns within the environment. Crystals can absorb, direct, detoxify, shift, and diffuse energy as they in interact with the subtle vibrations within the human energy field.
Reiki
45 minutes, £35
Reiki is a natural and safe form of energy healing originating in Japan whereby universal energy is channelled through the reiki practitioner to aid healing and relieve stress in the client. Reiki is administered by laying hands on or around the body, focusing on the chakras and the specific needs of the client.
Chakra Balance
30 minutes, £25
This treatment brings the body's seven main Chakras into alignment by using crystals to aid imbalances. This unique experience leaves clients feeling calm and in a state of harmony, resulting in an increased feeling of wellbeing.
Distance Reiki
45 minutes, £30
Reiki can be sent to anyone, at any time and does not have to be in person so if you struggle for time or don’t live close by then a distance reiki healing session may be the perfect option. During the session, energy links will be made between the practitioner and the client to channel energy and promote healing from afar. This results in the same benefits as an in-person session and leaves clients feeling calm and restored.
Distance Crystal Therapy
45 minutes, £30
Enjoy the benefits of crystal therapy with a distance healing session. Using a photograph as a connection point, I will place crystals on a grid to send healing energy to you based on your needs and to help you feel calm, relaxed and grounded.
Combined Crystal Therapy
and Reiki
45 minutes, £35
Combining the healing properties of crystals with the benefits of reiki energy, this session works with your individual needs, balances the chakras and supports your overall wellbeing.
Group Workshops
£30 per person
The perfect night in, as part of a group workshop I will provide an overview of working with crystals or chakra 101 depending on your preference. Each person will also receive a crystal therapy or Reiki taster session.
